VW's Horchata ♫

On 'Horchata', according to Stereogum.com, Vampire Weekend "abandoned their guitars entirely in favor of kalimba, marimba, and a Yamaha VSS-30" that Rostam got off of eBay.

Personally, I love the sound. Good or bad, it has similarities to Paul Simon back in the day… yet it's completely original with VW's own style. Keep it coming guys!

Five things I'm thankful for and that I love:

• I love the sight of
Fall and Halloween decorations being put up.


• I love the sound of
Friends playing Bunco.


• I love the feel of
Having a full belly after dinner.
It means we're very blessed.


• I love the taste of
Baked potatoes with broccoli and cheese on top.


• I love the smell of
Apple orchards & apple cider.


• I'm thankful
That I didn't break my finger when
I smashed it in the door on Wednesday.
