My aunt sent an email yesterday evening, and informed us that my grandpa has been moved into a regular room. Hopefully he will get the same quality of care that he had in ICU, except now he will have fewer nurses to do it.
My grandma had an appointment yesterday (or it might be today) to see if anything can be done for her leg. She has varicose veins that have made her right leg swell and become very painful. Fortunately the doctor for this is located in a building adjacent to the hospital, so she and my aunt won't be too far away.
J and I have decided to go visit next week on Tuesday evening to be with family and help out where needed. My parents will be flying in as well, so we'll get to see them after all.
It will be nice getting to see most everyone together again, even if the situation isn't the best. Hopefully my grandpa's health will improve even more and get to go home sooner rather than later. We'll just have to wait and see.
