Here is the recipe I said I would try to get back on 5/9/13.
Cheesy Tortellini with Spinach & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
2 - 15 oz cans of Italian tomatoes (diced or sliced)33 oz chicken broth
8 oz cream cheese
1 - package of fresh spinach
1 - package of cheese tortellini
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Heat on high until spinach wilts.Turn heat to low and continue cooking.
Total cook time 4 hours.
That's it. Once the 4 hours are up, it's done and ready to eat!

If you have a larger group to feed or would like leftovers, double the recipe.
